Who We Are

Sandpipers was founded in September of 2010 when some SSI residents saw the need for a new social organization on St. Simons Island.

Our doors are open to all SSI residents! The Club hosts three major events each year. We open our year with a "Welcome Back Party" and wind down the winter holiday season with our "Tapering Off" celebration. The Club year ends with a "See you in September" gathering. The Club is designed to offer as little or as much as a member chooses to do. Our fun monthly Happy Hours offer an easy way to see each other with little fuss involved and held at a variety of different venues around the Island. Sprinkled in between these gatherings we hold a host of activities each year such as a bowling party, bocce in the park, sunset sailings, and trivia nights.
